already done the work

Since 2015, Janelle was appointed more than twenty times to serve as a judge pro tempore for the Walla Walla County Superior Court. She knows what it takes to run a courtroom, because she’s done it.

The right experience

District Court handles traffic and misdemeanors, small claims, civil cases, protection orders, and more. Janelle's twenty-plus years of civil, family, and criminal law match that work.

Fair to everyone

Most people in District Court arrive without a lawyer. Janelle believes everybody deserves respect and the same fair hearing, every time she’s on the bench.
